- To undertake an evaluation of the development site and surrounding region in order to ascertain the highest and best use of available space consistent with the project concept;
- Create a variety of master plan idea choices for the development
- Create the development's 'look and feel' via the creation of an overarching urban design master plan accompanied by a variety of drawings, illustrations, views, and renderings
- Develop urban design guidelines, landscape design guidelines, and architecture design guidelines, including the following:
- Roads and parking / shade structures and canopies
- New housing architectural guidelines
- Public realm and streetscape
- Street connections and integration
- Public transportation integration
- Pedestrian circulation
- Street grid and hierarchy
- Open space strategy
- To provide a single agreed-upon concept master plan option that may be expanded into a complete master plan at a later date
- Create a concept for landscape architecture and accompanying guidelines
- To conduct a preliminary traffic analysis for the development
- Develop conceptual and detailed engineering and infrastructure designs for the following:

- Storm drainage system

Master Plan Categorization
