From concept through completion of a project, few disciplines are as important as effective project management. Architects provide the design, engineers determine the required systems, and contractors provide materials and labor.

As the owner's on-site representative, the project manager depends on knowledge and training, backed by considerable experience, to comprehend the project from the ground up. KAS would manage all stakeholders of the project and facilitate all contractual processes. We serve as the eyes and ears for the owner after the work finally begins to achieve the project on time, within cost, and with high quality. KAS does.



Manage Resources


KAS's role is the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of a project. We help the owners influence the project decisions at the right time without making any significant changes. KAS will adjust resources requirements to match the required efforts inefficient manner. The measures usually vary according to the project phases.


Project Deliverables


KAS will ensure each phase deliverables with optimum efforts. KAS recognizes that project management requires sophisticated, well-honed skills to be effective; therefore, we provide that the project is adequately planned, phased, executed, and budgeted.


Manage Interfaces


Our role for every project is to collaborate with Contractors, Architects, and Engineers to achieve the Owners' desired outcome. The Project Manager takes responsibility for overall project delivery and adopts a whole business approach. The Project Manager acts as an advisor to our clients by providing an independent and professional service to plan, lead, organize, and control projects from inception to occupancy.

The Project Manager takes responsibility for overall project communications. The Project Manager manages all the communications between all stockholders and makes sure that necessary documents are adequately maintained.

Manage Quality


Our role for every project is to collaborate with Contractors, Architects, and Engineers to ensure the highest quality through a solid management system. The Project Manager takes responsibility for overall project inspection, quality control, and quality assurance.
